Early Pregnancy Care is currently offered in Washington state. This care is considered a medical visit and will be billed to your insurance. (If you don't have insurance, we can help!) While this service is geared towards your first trimester, we're happy to meet with you at any time during your pregnancy. If you need a little extra support, you can count on us.

during your visit, we can help you by:

answering questions about pregnancy

From supplements and nutrition to symptom management and "what next?!", pregnancy can come with a lot of questions. We're here to answer whatever's on your mind.

helping you build your birth team

We'll ask about your needs, preferences, and health history to help you build your birth team. Even if you've got a provider already, we can help you find a doula, prenatal yoga, or anything else you need for your pregnancy journey.

providing medical advice

Your visit is considered a medical visit. Our team of midwives can review your health history and give you advice about what you may need now and in the future. Even if you already have a provider, we can offer additional, holistic support as you navigate early pregnancy.

offering judgement-free guidance

Whether you're unsure about proceeding with your pregnancy or have other complicating factors, we're here to help. We'll offer a complete, unbiased review of all of your options. If you want more than one visit, we offer follow-ups and messaging with your midwife in between appointments.

fill out your intake forms

In order for our midwives to understand more about you and your pregnancy, we'll send some electronic intake forms before your appointment. This helps us provide the best advice possible. It also gives you lots more time to ask questions during your visit.

Your care revolves around your unique needs, questions, and situation. You'll have plenty of time to talk through the things that are important to you at this stage in your pregnancy. Ask all the questions you need.
