I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a certificate in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of refining my skills in healthcare administration, client relationship management, telehealth services, and event coordination. These educational experiences, along with hands-on roles in both customer service and administrative support, have allowed me to understand the importance of clear communication, empathy, and a strong organizational approach to meeting clients’ needs.
